I have to manually add each sale. And unfortunately, google maps does not allow you to add a pinpoint based on address, so I have to look up the longitude and latitude of each address. If you submit a garage sale and you get to a page that says "Form Submission Results" then that means I got the email and I will update when I have time. You do not need to resubmit. It may take me a week or two to update the map, but I will definitely get everything on the map well before the date of the garage sales.
