About Us
Northwest Neighbors is a neighborhood association in Rochester, Minnesota. Our purpose is to serve as a catalyst to bring people and resources together in order to build a sense of community and to revitalize the neighborhoods. Partnering with different city and county officials, we help connect them with our neighbors about issues on development, safety, crime, and traffic. Also, through special social events and association meetings we bring people together to get to know each other.

Get Involved!
The association currently has two committees comprised of all volunteers; the Social Committee and the Traffic & Development Committee.
The Social Committee plans the events that bring neighbors out to get to know each other and make connections. The Spring Garage Sale and National Night Out Picnic are two such events and are annual favorites. A Halloween party is also in the works for this year.
The Traffic & Development Committee is involved with new construction development happening in and around our neighborhood and with any traffic concerns. They work closely with City officials to gather information, give input on new happenings, and help resolve issues.
The association also has opportunities for leadership with the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer roles.
